Q. What types of properties should I be looking for?

_A. We find most of our properties in blue collar neighborhoods. Our ideal
property is typically 3-bedroom/2-bath or 3-bedroom/1-bath, between 900
and 1800 sq ft, The home will typically be in need of a good deal of
repair or cleanup.
1. Vacant, abandoned residential single family houses, located in Bread
and Butter neighborhoods places where blue collar people live and the
majority of homes are 20 years old or older.
• Ugly, vacant, houses, must not be listed as for sale with a REALTOR
unless really, really Ugly. YOU WILL NOT BE PAID FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED
IN WAR ZONES.
• Pretty, vacant houses in areas with good schools, parks and access to
transportation, i.e., highways and public transit. Please try to stick
to this information as it will increase your chances of success. Houses
must not be listed as for sale with a REALTOR. YOU WILL NOT BE PAID FOR
PROPERTIES LOCATED IN WAR ZONES.
Q: How do I submit a property lead for review?
A: Click the "Submit Property" link in our Members-Only area. Then just fill out all the information you have, include a photo if available, and click the "Submit" button. We'll take it from there
Q: How do I check the status of a submitted property?
A: Click the "Property Status Check" link above. You'll see a status summary for each of your submitted leads. We'll also send you an email as we update the status on your properties.
Q: When do I receive payment?
A: You'll be notified as each of your properties goes through the escrow and closing process, and you'll receive your check within 5 business days after closing.
Q: What happens if another team member has already submitted one of the properties that I have?
A: Each lead is time-stamped in our system, and the team member who submits the lead first will receive credit.
Q: Can I recruit other property locators?
A: This is your decision, and should you choose to do so we leave the financial arrangement up to you.
Q: What's my obligation to Angel House Buyer?
A: The time, energy, and financial commitment are up to you, but - as with anything else - the more you invest, the more you can typically expect in return.
Q: How do I remove myself from the Program?
A: We would be sad to see you go but you can remove yourself at any time. All we ask is that you notify us via email with a simple explanation of why you decided it's not for you, so that we can improve our program going forward.
